The Community Foundation supports a wide range of charitable and faith-based organizations throughout the Lower Eastern Shore, specifically Somerset, Wicomico and Worcester County, and has developed a number of unique grant programs to meet different needs.

CFES e-Grants offers charities an enhanced grant application process, while allowing us to continue building our ever expanding community impact, simplifying the grant process for you, and improving collaboration.

You may use e-Grants to find and apply for Community Foundation grants.   All grant correspondence and reporting is handled within e-Grants.

To view available programs and application information, click "View All Grants" at the bottom of the screen.   Be sure to check back often for new opportunities.
